This year’s International Fertilizer Association (IFA) meeting was held last week in picturesque Monaco and well attended by the world’s leading ammonia producers, buyers, and ship-owners. The conference agenda focused on the future, which was welcomed by a market that has been under price pressure due to weaker demand and economic uncertainty. It was fitting that the conference preceded the famous Monte Carlo Grand Prix which features stunning cliffside views and treacherous 180 degree turns.
