We also provide accurate price guidance based on in-depth analysis of comparable transactions, a comprehensive technical evaluation of the prospective ship, and an accurate budget for maintenance costs. We work closely with the world’s premiere inspection companies and can arrange and attend vessel inspections. Our brokers have sailed as Chief Engineers and worked ashore as Marine Superintendents and Fleet Managers. 

Our in-house qualified maritime legal team can assist in reviewing existing contracts, drafting a new contract and negotiating with the other party.

We take a leading role during the negotiation process to ensure the purchase price is the most competitive possible and attend the vessel closing and delivery to ensure complete success.
